Try each of our 3 different flavors: Classic, Boost (with flaxseed and chia), and Chocolate (with organic cacao powder). We make the mix so you can enjoy good simple eating and fun living!

How To Make Crepes

Recipe for a full batch of 14-16 crepes

No time to make a full batch? Make 7-8 crepes with these directions.

Step One

Beat 4 large eggs until frothy.

Step Two

Stir in 2 3/4 cup milk (or dairy free milk alternative) and 2 TBSP oil (olive oil is preferred).

Step Three

Dump in 1 bag of Snake River Crepe Mix.

Step Four

Beat until batter is smooth as silk, scraping the sides and the bottom of the mixing bowl to get everything mixed together just right.

Dump in 1 bag of Snake River Crepe Mix.

Beat until batter is smooth as silk, scraping the sides and the bottom of the mixing bowl to get everything mixed together just right.

Step Five

Heat a 12” non-stick pan over medium high heat. When hot, pour in ⅓ cup batter and spread evenly over the surface with a spatula or crepe spreader.

Step Six

Cook until bottom of crepe is golden brown (about 2 minutes).

Step Seven

Loosen edges of crepe and flip. Cook other side until done (about 30 seconds).

Step Eight

Place cooked crepes on an oven proof platter and keep in warm oven (lowest setting) until all crepes are cooked.

Enjoy!

These delicate Classic Crepes are ready for your favorite filling! Extra crepes can be stored in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Crepes also freeze well with a piece of parchment paper between each.

The Boost mix crepes have a slightly nutty flavor. They are especially delicious in any recipe which calls for traditional tortillas. 

Extra crepes can be stored in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator for a couple of days.  Crepes also freeze well with a piece of parchment paper between each.


REMEMBER~ All of our mixes are unsweetened, including the Choco mix. The unsweetened chocolate crepes are perfect for a sweet filling. You may also add 2 TBSP sweetened creamer to the mix or sugar to taste. Our test kitchen prefers no added sugar.
