Get cooking with crepes! Our mixes help you create delicious, clean eating at home. Crepes are perfect for breakfast, wraps, or savory meals. Try each of our 3 different flavors: Classic, Boost (with flaxseed and chia), and Chocolate (with organic cacao powder). We make the mix so you can enjoy good simple eating and fun living!
You bet! Made with organic cacao for the ultimate treat. Fill delicate, decadent crepes with whipped cream and fruit for any occasion. Like all of our mixes, the Choco mix contains NO sugar, so you control the sweetness.
Beat 4 large eggs until frothy.
Stir in 2 3/4 cup milk (or dairy free milk alternative) and 2 TBSP oil (olive oil is preferred).
Dump in 1 bag of Snake River Crepe Mix.
Beat until batter is smooth as silk, scraping the sides and the bottom of the mixing bowl to get everything mixed together just right.
Beat 4 large eggs until frothy.

Dump in 1 bag of Snake River Crepe Mix.
Beat until batter is smooth as silk, scraping the sides and the bottom of the mixing bowl to get everything mixed together just right.
Heat a 12” non-stick pan over medium high heat. When hot, pour in ⅓ cup batter and spread evenly over the surface with a spatula or crepe spreader.
Cook until bottom of crepe is golden brown (about 2 minutes).
Loosen edges of crepe and flip. Cook other side until done (about 30 seconds).
Place cooked crepes on an oven proof platter and keep in warm oven (lowest setting) until all crepes are cooked.
These delicate Classic Crepes are ready for your favorite filling! Extra crepes can be stored in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Crepes also freeze well with a piece of parchment paper between each.

REMEMBER~ All of our mixes are unsweetened, including the Choco mix. The unsweetened chocolate crepes are perfect for a sweet filling. You may also add 2 TBSP sweetened creamer to the mix or sugar to taste. Our test kitchen prefers no added sugar.
